This research develops a GIS-BIM integrated model to optimize construction logistics in dense urban environments. By applying Dijkstra’s and A* algorithms within Neo4j, and incorporating GPS data, the model dynamically identifies the shortest and safest routes for materials, labor, and equipment. A case study on the Corporate Tower project demonstrated improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced site safety. Tools like QGIS, Revit, and Neo4j facilitated spatial analysis, 3D modeling, and graph-based decision-making. This framework supports data-driven construction management and offers a scalable solution for smarter, real-time logistics planning on complex project sites.
