Effect of Re development Policy of Gujarat Housing Board on Real Estate
Real estate business is directly dependent on government policies and Development Control Regulations. Gujarat government issued notification in 2018, 2019, 2022 and clear the GDCR for redevelopment of old real estate projects. Before this notification there was no regulation for re development of old and deteriorated building If anybody wants to Re build Old building then New prevailing bylaws ate implemented which was big hurdle. After this notification Gujarat Housing Board has developed Redevelopment policy for their more than 25 years old housing schemes. With this development existing housing board flat owners and Real estate market are also reacting to it in different manners like Execution, Marketing and approval. Since, it is more than 3 years there is no study on the effect of Gujarat Housing Board policy on Execution, Marketing and approval of real estate projects.
