Key Strategies for enhancing Common Data Environment (CDE) in Integrated Project Delivery

Most construction projects are executed nowadays usually involve accomplishing complex projects with high number of uncertainties and within limited budget and time. In this environment trust between the project partners is necessary throughout the completion of the project. In traditional contracts working is concerned with their own work does not focus on task completing on time or not rather than focusing on the project performance.
Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) fosters collaboration and shared accountability among project stakeholders, driving efficiency and innovation. Enhancing the Common Data Environment (CDE) can significantly elevate IPD outcomes by improving communication, real-time information sharing, and decision-making. As compared to the traditional contract, this Alliancing has worked out as an alternative project delivery. It is used worldwide to handle the complexity of the project. Main aim of alliancing is to unite the partners engaged in a particular project and work towards a common goal. It starts from the development stage of project so that contractor can also be included in the initial stage.
