Residential construction projects often suffer from tracking inefficiencies due to reliance on manual methods, leading to delays, errors, and communication gaps. This study addresses these challenges by integrating the Last Planner System (LPS) with automation tools to streamline progress monitoring. It introduces a solution using Microsoft Forms for real-time on-site data collection and Excel macros to automate repetitive tracking tasks. These components feed into a unified dashboard that minimizes manual effort, enhances accuracy, and supports quicker decision-making. The research highlights how automating LPS workflows can improve efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen coordination across residential construction activities.
