Effect of ICONOC BUILDING POLICY of Gujarat on Real Estate Projects
Real estate business is directly dependent on government policies and Development Control Regulations. Gujarat government amended the CGDCR in May 2021 and added cheptar-12 of Tall Building. Before this amendment there was no regulation for building more than 100 mt. height. If anybody wants to build building more than 100 mt. height, then it required special permission from State Government. After this amendment more then 30 projects approved in Gujarat, with this development Real estate market is also reacting to it in different manners like Design and execution of such 100mt plus height real estate project. Since, it is more than 3 years there is no study on the effect of this policy on Design and Execution of real estate projects.
