Effect of Re development Policy of Gujarat on Real Estate Projects
Real estate business is directly dependent on government policies and Development Control Regulations. Gujarat government issued notification in and clear the policy for redevelopment of old real estate projects. Before this notification there was no regulation for re development of old and deteriorated building If anybody wants to Re build Old building then New prevailing bylaws ate implemented which was big hurdle. After this notification Redevelopment projects approved in Gujarat, with this development Real estate market is also reacting to it in different manners like Execution, Marketing and approval. Since, it is more than 3 years there is no study on the effect of this policy on Execution, Marketing and approval of real estate projects.
