DESIGN INTENT: Inculcating the beautiful Palash trees inside the built form and interacting with tree through different levels, Unobstructed view of the Lake from the Workspace, An open air shower under the shade of the tree, Proximity to the lake to keep the spaces a bit cool Constructing mainly through the locally available materials like yellow sandstone in walls and pink sandstone in the roof

ITERATIONS DONE TO REACH THE FINAL PRODUCT

FINAL PLANS: The design is made such that the workspace is placed in such a way that it receives minimum south west heat and also falls in the shadow area of the display space. Thick walls are provided here to reduce the thermal gain.
