Foundation Studio (II), within the CEPT Foundation Programme continues to build upon the skills acquired during the first semester, adding abilities to use digital media in representation; to make models; to understand the assembly of built form through its building elements, materials and structures; to be able to draft architectural and topographical drawings: and eventually leads to bringing the skills and abilities together to tackle a design problem.

Technical Drawing II: Measured Floor plan and section of the GIDC Bhawan with a sectional model.

Testing Structures: Spanning member made out of reed sticks explaining load transfer.

Joining Elements: A final outcome with joinery details. The model consists of wood, metal rod, pipe and sheet.

Building Elements and Materials II: A four day workshop conducted in Hunnarshala, Bhuj teaching us construction techniques and materials used.

Tackling a Design Problem: Processes that lead to the final outcome.
