Foundation Studio (II), within the CEPT Foundation Programme continues to build upon the skills acquired during the first semester, adding abilities to use digital media in representation; to make models; to understand the assembly of built form through its building elements, materials and structures; to be able to draft architectural and topographical drawings: and eventually leads to bringing the skills and abilities together to tackle a design problem.

This section JJ' from the Ahmedabad LD Museum building has been taken for this exercise TRD-2. This task involved measuring the building and drafting the section accordingly.

This is the tower's structure report that we made. Reed sticks were used to build this structure, and threads were utilised to join the sticks. And after making it, it underwent load testing.

In this exercise, which involved combining elements, we were given four distinct types of material—wood, metal sheet, metal rod, and metal pipe—in various proportions, set by set. In this we made use of the materials and joined them using various joineries.

These are my process sheets for Tackling a Design Problem (TADP), which I used to understand the site, the space, and the context by creating collages, representation drawings, and process sketches.
