After focusing on developing drawing and representation skills in first semester, during the second semester, the CFP Studio component focuses on building analytical abilities with exercises like mapping and data representation, buidling elements and materials, making and testing structures, technical drawing II and tackling a design problem. These skills will be put to use during L2 studios, and will be discussed in their relevance to the professional practice that designers, architects and urban planners engage in.

This image show the final stage of the process of the maze of jenga. Line drawings were made to get the idea and overall look of the city.

These are the sketches done in the beginning stage of the exercise to explore different mediums and different components of the narrative.

Final Map represents the activity of human around badshah no hajiro at different time period during day and night.

Joining elements helped me to think and explore new wood to wood, metal to metal and metal to wood joinery without use of screw and fevicol.

This is a cantilever membrane whch held load of 8.5 kgs. Model is made with reed sticks and thread as holding 2 or more sticks strongly.

Ordering principle was helpful in understanding the different types of organization and rules, ideology behind it.

Hand- on workshop helped us understand types of soils, types of construction and earthen materials and techinques involved in it. We also learnt rammed wall, stone foundation, walls, arches, vaults and dome.

The above sheet contents work from two software Rhino and Auto cad. Plan and section of sewa sadhna building are drafted in Auto cad. For rhino, i chose a wireless mouse and modelled it using basic curves and other commands

Cost estimation helped us by making us understand how can a business be done how much material is used, how much waste is produced. In the above sheet i have done cost estimation of one pair of shoe.

This module had two exercise. One was pixelation, it helped us by making us understand how to make a color, what color and in which ratio to mix and another one was to understand an artist's style and the medium they used for their artworks.
