The CEPT Foundation Programme studio is an introduction for students fresh out of school to the rigor and work habits required by an undergraduate degree at CEPT University. The studio is conceptualized as a series of sequentially planned exercises, through which students develop skills and abilities, which are then deployed to address increasingly complex problems falling in four broad categories: visualize and draw, make and learn, anayse and interpret and conceptualise and represent. The exercises are designed to provide foundational skills for students across disciplines at CEPT, between which they maintain a balance. They also reflect an understanding that at the foundation level, these skills overlap to a large extent, and a varied array is of benefit to all students. The studio is taught through intensive 1–2 week long modules, focusing on a particular skill or ability, and a process that emphasizes ongoing feedback in addition to expert faculty lectures.

Plan and sections of Varanasi Street junction along with morning, afternoon, and evening activities in an isometric view

Overall view and form of the model along with the rectifications. The model took 7.5 kgs of load before breaking due to torsion. Detailed analyzes are given in additional work.

An isometric view of the site shows different types of road signs. There is also a classification based on font style.

The model is made from wood, metal rod, metal pipe and metal sheet. The key exploration with the model was making of the bent wood by only making cuts. Other joineries were explored too as it can be seen on the top of the image. More details are provided in the additional work.

The final work on the bottom of the image is where I had imagined what if The khadi shop building in Gandhi Ashram was abandoned for too long and now, a tree had grown out in the middle of a room with creepers coming out on the sides covering the cupboards

This sheet consists of a plan and sections of the site of the Khadi shop and bookstore in Gandhi Ashram. It shows the height of all the rooms from the ground height and the sections cover important heights of the building

This sheet consists of the wall sections of two walls from the khadi shop and bookstore.

Here, I have shown the elevation of the Khadi shop from the parking along with a model I made showing the overall form and height understanding of the bookstore. The model shows the planar view of the bookstore to give the context of the site also showing level differences in three dimensions.

The sheet consists of the process models for making the final game

The image consists mainly of the photos of the game and the box along with the autocad file I made for the laser cutting of the board.
