TThe CEPT Foundation Programme studio is an introduction for students fresh out of school to the rigor and work habits required by an undergraduate degree at CEPT University. The studio is conceptualized as a series of sequentially planned exercises, through which students develop skills and abilities, which are then deployed to address increasingly complex problems falling in four broad categories: visualize and draw, make and learn, anayse and interpret and conceptualise and represent. The exercises are designed to provide foundational skills for students across disciplines at CEPT, between which they maintain a balance. They also reflect an understanding that at the foundation level, these skills overlap to a large extent, and a varied array is of benefit to all students. The studio is taught through intensive 1–2 week long modules, focusing on a particular skill or ability, and a process that emphasizes ongoing feedback in addition to expert faculty lectures.

At the top are represented four 3D forms: cylinders with certain volumes subtracted from them. The first two depict single subtractions in the cylinder, while the other two depict double subtractions in the cylinder. At the bottom, an assemblage of six basic geometric forms with volumes subtracted from them is provided. The assemblage is constructed freehand and is presented in two views: rear view and front view.

The work depicts various views of a matchbox composition constructed through technical drawing. Sections for each view are represented at the bottom.

An exploded view of a spray gun is created in isometric view using techniques of both freehand drawing and technical drawing. Each part is labeled with its name and the material it is made of.

The above work involves decoding the serif alphabets "U" and "H," along with technically constructing them using the analysis.

The work depicts a yellow-themed montage composed of images collected from scraps, such as newspapers and magazines.

Compositions showcasing the rules of visual perception: closure and proximity.

Poster created for the book launch event along with a short write-up describing the design choices made for the poster.
