Real estate as an investment class is very different from other investment classes as the scale and duration of investment is large. This is the reason that the modelling skills required for real estate modelling are also very different. For the purpose of financial modelling, real estate is defined as any property which is owned by a group of people and sold /rented out to a different set of people. The objective of the study is to do the feasibility study and prepare financial model for real estate commercial projects and provides the stratergic solution.
