It suggests a comprehensive methodology, integrating VSM to identify and eliminate waste, along with a novel approach called Choosing by Advantage for data-driven decision-making. By implementing these strategies in ongoing projects, the study aims to improve efficiency and quality in design outputs. Supplementary materials are also provided to support organizations in their optimization efforts. Ultimately, the paper presents a practical framework for streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency in delivering architectural designs.
