Focusing on the performance of the financial feasibility of the project. Focused on practical applications, this research scrutinizes the intricate processes in assessing immovable assets worth. By delving into case studies and conducting detailed analyses, it aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the practical implementation of Insolvency guidelines. Furthermore, this research aims to offer insights into the challenges and opportunities present within the valuation and costing domain, focusing on the harmonization of diverse valuation approaches with the rigid guidelines established by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. Ultimately, this thesis endeavors to contribute valuable insights that aid in refining and optimizing the practices surrounding immovable property valuation within the ambit of Insolvency regulations.
