This research presents the Project Quality Rating System (PQRS)—a standardized, data-driven framework developed to objectively measure and improve construction quality in real estate projects. Grounded in the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle, the system enables monthly tracking of quality scores using structured checklists, digital inspections, and stakeholder inputs. Through field implementation across diverse live sites, PQRS has proven to be authentic, configurable, and simple to use. By offering real-time, actionable insights, the system empowers construction professionals to proactively enhance quality standards and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the lifecycle of a project.
