This project presents the development of a Quality Maturity Index (QMI) tailored for Indian real estate construction firms. The QMI evaluates organizational quality systems across 13 parameters and 39 sub-parameters, covering leadership, documentation, technology, safety, and vendor management. Validated by experts from Riviera Infraprojects and Godrej Properties, the framework was applied to eight firms in Ahmedabad and Surat. All firms fell within the Bronze maturity level, indicating the need for improvement in digital integration and innovation. The QMI offers a structured benchmark for continuous quality improvement across the sector.
