This research explores the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Reality Capture (RC) technologies for automated safety monitoring in construction management. By leveraging drone imagery, 360-degree cameras, and deep learning algorithms (YOLOv8), the study develops a framework for detecting safety hazards and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) violations. The methodology includes data collection, annotation, model training, and validation through precision, recall, and mAP metrics. Results indicate high accuracy in detecting helmets and vests, establishing the feasibility of AI x RC for proactive, real-time risk detection. The study offers practical recommendations for implementing scalable AI-powered safety systems in construction sites.
