It analyzes legal frameworks like the Indian Contract Act, CPWD Manual, FIDIC 2017, and arbitration laws to identify gaps in compliance, risk allocation, and dispute resolution. Using case studies, surveys, and comparative analysis, it highlights common project delays and proposes actionable strategies for contractors emphasizing clear scope definition, digital tools, and legal literacy to enhance contract governance, reduce disputes, and improve project delivery outcomes.
