This research explores systemic delays in urban redevelopment projects across Indian cities, identifying key challenges such as regulatory bottlenecks, financial constraints, and stakeholder conflicts. By analyzing case studies from Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore, and incorporating insights from industry experts, the study develops financial and operational frameworks aimed at expediting project delivery. Proposed strategies include diversified funding, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and single-window clearance systems. The findings support policymakers, developers, and urban planners in implementing reforms for faster, more efficient urban transformation and infrastructure revitalization.
