Development of Digital Quality and Safety Control Checklists and Dashboards in Real Estate Projects This research focuses on transforming traditional quality and safety monitoring methods in real estate construction by developing a digitized checklist system integrated with interactive dashboards. Using data collected from five active project sites, the study introduces standardized checklists based on IS and ISO codes, tracks Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and evaluates subcontractor performance. The system leverages Power BI to provide real-time insights, improve decision-making, and reduce rework costs. The result is a scalable digital framework that enhances site-level compliance, promotes data-driven construction management, and sets a benchmark for smart, safer project delivery.
