This project focuses on analyzing and improving cost management in large-scale construction projects through data visualization and variance analysis. Using actual and budgeted financial data from two real projects—Project XXXX and Project AAAA—the study leverages Microsoft Excel and Power BI to identify discrepancies, assess cost drivers, and evaluate profitability. The objective is to enhance forecasting accuracy by comparing planned and actual expenditures and revenues. The project also emphasizes rolling forecasts, dynamic budgeting, and real-time dashboard insights to enable more informed, adaptive, and financially sustainable decision-making in future construction project planning.
