This project automates the Last Planner System (LPS) for a commercial building using Microsoft Forms and Excel Macros. Site engineers submit weekly work plans, constraints, and delay reasons through Microsoft Forms, which automatically update an Excel dashboard—reducing manual work for planners and enabling remote monitoring. Excel Macros streamline planned vs. actual comparisons using short activity codes, removing the need for manual formulas. Macros also auto-generate graphs and dashboards, offering quick visual insights into progress, delays, and overall planning performance with improved efficiency and accuracy.
