"Construction Worker Productivity: Measurement Techniques, Causes of Inefficiency, and Strategies for Improvement" focuses on understanding and improving productivity in the construction building project sector only. The project explores the various techniques for accurately measuring construction worker productivity. Additionally, the project seeks to identify the key causes of inefficiency (Factors affecting worker productivity) that hinder productivity, through a literature-based study and questionnaire survey with real site performers in. Also, the research aims to suggest recommendations and strategies that construction companies can implement to enhance worker productivity.
