The slab cycle plays a crucial role in the manpower-intensive construction industry and has a direct influence on a company’s profitability. This study aims to identify the key factors affecting the slab cycle of RCC work in typical floors of building construction projects, from the perspective of the contractor, project manager, and planning engineer. It also proposes improvement measures for optimizing the slab cycle. The findings of this study can support informed decision-making and serve as a useful reference for both academic researchers and industry professionals in developing strategies to minimize slab cycle duration and enhance project efficiency.
