This portfolio presents the key findings of my Directed Research Project (DRP) titled “Enhancing Inventory Management Efficiency in Construction Projects through ERP”, undertaken as part of the M.Tech in Construction Engineering and Management program at CEPT University. The research focuses on the integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to streamline inventory processes in construction, reduce material wastage, and improve procurement efficiency. Through literature review, data analysis, and a real-world case study of the Rivera project, the study demonstrates how ERP can enhance real-time tracking, optimize resource utilization, and support data-driven decision-making on site. The portfolio reflects my academic learning, technical skills, and practical understanding of digital solutions in construction management.
