This research focuses on sustaining motivation in implementing the last planner system in the construction industry. The primary goal is to explore gamification's potential to address industry challenges. The study delves into understanding current industry scenarios and pre-existing problems, aiming to combine lean and gamification tools effectively. Gamification tools play a crucial role in motivating on-site personnel. The research analyzes data from various papers, creating matrices to identify the optimal combination of lean and gamification tools. The outcome includes personalized dashboards featuring missions, performance graphs, leaderboards, rewards, incentives, and feedback loops. This data-driven approach eliminates the need for human intervention, fostering a continuous learning loop to analyze and address on-site problems dynamically. In conclusion, the study underscores the importance of motivation in sustaining lean tool implementation and proposes a strategic blend of lean and gamification tools to achieve this goal.
