Construction industry globally is experiencing the digital revolution. Currently, the impact of digitalization is also evident from massive but still some practices aren't focused and are overlooked. Safety Management in Construction sector is also one of them. A notable development in the pursuit of safety enhancement for smaller projects involved the creation of Hazard Reporting Systems (HRS) integrated with GPS tracking. This necessitated an in-depth exploration of safety management principles. The specific focus of this research lies in the meticulous examination of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), culminating in the development of a prototype based on a Hazard Reporting System. To address potential gaps and enhance worker motivation, gamification techniques have been strategically deployed and implemented. These techniques serve not only to motivate workers but also to proactively address emerging challenges.
