This research project introduces an innovative Project Coordination System with a focus on automating critical operational activities in construction projects.As part of this system, a WhatsApp chatbot has been implemented to facilitate operational tasks. The chatbot is designed to support various operational activities, including communication with project owners, instant notification of constraints, and the dissemination of essential information. It allows for real-time communication with stakeholders, ensuring swift responses to operational needs. The chatbot automates the process of sending instant messages, reducing the time required for manual intervention. The system streamlines data management and communication, making it invaluable asset for PCS.
