Most Megacities are currently seeing rapid population growth, and accommodating this, new built-up areas are forming on the outskirts of the metropolis. The present LULC is harmed by new urbanization. Urbanization is an irreparable dynamic phenomenon resulting in massive land use/land cover alterations having local environmental repercussions.. This research aims to better comprehend urbanization tendencies in Bangalore, India's Silicon Valley. LULC is simulated for 1991, 2001, 2011, & 2021 utilizing temporal LANDSAT Multispectral, and Sentinel-2 Multispectral data. LULC  are categorized into four classifications: Vegetation, built-up areas, barren areas, and water.Multiple classes are supported via the Hybrid Cellular Automata-Markov (CA-Markov) approach, which can also replicate changes from one category to another. This hybrid method helps model both spatial and temporal changes. As a result, this model is used to forecast land use /land for 2041 & 2051.
