Land registry system refers to the system that records the details of ownership entitlement by several government bodies. The stored record can be used as the proof on entitlement and avoid any short of fraud. The proposed model is the best example to achieve integrity, security, safety , modularity, deplorability in software system by implementing concept of block chain. The model ensures it is highly appreciated that use of blockchain in land registry will bring high security to the land and properties and property owners that they can purchase sell property without any issues and fearless. By implementing block chain model, we can achieve five important features 1) Transparency : transactions for financial and documentary transactions 2) Distributed Ledger : where each member in the block has transaction information of the blocks which ensures enough security towards all the transactions 3) Immutability : own secured SHA hash code which cannot be modified in the network. 4) Safe : where security is given using public and private key encryption algorithms which is asymmetric one which ensures security 5) Validation : Proposed model is designed with validator(Inspector) who is responsible for validation purpose.
