EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE HOUSING SECTOR IN MMR: ANALYSING SUBMARKETS ALONG MULUND - PANVEL CORRIDOOR  The study looked at the price-to-income ratio in MMR, visualizing it through three districts, four micro markets, and eleven submarkets from Mulund to Panel. This research assisted in identifying the factors that influenced the market price increase and connecting variations. A thorough examination of the current and past evolving conditions, highlighting gaps, household income patterns, factors influencing historical triggering, and so on, was conducted in order to identify alternative measures for understanding Mumbai's history and housing industry. This research will undoubtedly aid in addressing the housing industry's emerging future issues.
