Bangalore over the years has become a major focus for upcoming real estate developments for industries. The industrial areas under Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) jurisdiction and privately owned industrial land are studied to evaluate their potential and risks. The national and state policy framework along with the locations of the industrial areas form clusters helped in understanding the larger real estate market. The study identified growth zones and valued them based on their vacancy rates and potential land capacity. The findings of this study provide insights into the factors driving the growth of industrial sectors in Bangalore and offer recommendations for policymakers and industrialists.
