This DRP aims to identify various micro markets in the city of Ahmedabad, understand the supply & demand trends in last 5 years of residential asset class (prevailing and new) in different micro markets. Further it determines the share of different typologies, their distribution into configurations, existing growth patterns and prevailing prices for land and property. DRP also aims to understand the consumer profile and their preferences, combing all that, it was further analyzed for the potential for future growth as per vacant land availability and demand with identified issues and recommendations for various issues.
