The thesis consists of datasets collected through open source as it provides numerous advantages that enhance the integrity and impact of the research. Open-source datasets are accessible and allow researchers worldwide to access it without any cost barriers, facilitating replication and verification of findings. Its transparency, is accompanied by clear documentation of the thesis, enhances credibility, and enables effective scrutiny of data quality. It also offers educational value by providing hands-on learning experiences for students, practitioners and professionals which fosters a culture of knowledge-sharing. Moreover, using open sources engages Community collaborations which enriches the data through their diverse contributions and feedback, providing valuable insights. As part of the research, creating a framework and demonstrating a comparative analysis of five Indian cities (inclusive of Tier – 1, 2 and 3 cities) will showcase a matrix and map-based analysis on the theme chosen with latest datasets available for that respective city.
