This research investigates the economic impact of Development Control Regulations (DCR) in Delhi through a comprehensive analysis of existing regulatory framework and their consequences on urban development. By employing a toolkit that utilizes quantitative methods and visualization through GIS, the study identifies key parameters such as Floor Area Ratio (FAR), ground coverage, plot size, and land use which significantly influence economic dynamics and spatial planning. Various What- If scenarios are simulated to evaluate the potential effects of modifying these parameters including changes in FAR, additional charges, and the incorporation of different market rates.
