The proposal focuses on the central communal avenues which deliberately gives the sense of suburbanness contradicting to urban clutter. Site located on the banks of Sabarmati River and it's in the center of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar which has 14.6 acres of land parcel with the FSI of 1.2 Aim of the proposal is to create a housing which serves the purpose of living within the suburbs with the sense of relation between the built and open spaces with the equal access to private and shared open spaces.
