Forest Choreography

Tiny insects , negligible to our naked eyes, are important choreographers of the forest. They set the stage and dance around to trap the prey, hide from the predator and guard their territories. What if this choreographer has 8 legs and is a super performer ?
A signature spider, who is an intermittent link to all beings below the under-storey and above it in the forest. It spins its web at a threshold where everyone has to actand move according to its direction .In doing so it becomes the director of many other key ecological links of its habitat. Though ordinary and common it plays a significant role in maintaining the forest ecosystems. The studio project centers around how I have caught myself in the webs of this species. It progresses by identifying the key role of this spider, its habits, habitats and how it choreographs things around it. The project concludes by identifying a stage where one can find it in action and in this act also discover many other secrets of the forest. But for this one may need to dance around quite a bit !
