SULTANA'S DREAM-This short project dealt with visualizing the narrative of Sultana’s Dream through the walled city of Ahmedabad, finding in it-our characters and backgrounds. Doors, windows, gateways and staircases have been integrated as transition elements, to create a visual journey for the reader. CHOWKS AND COMMUNITIES-SOUNDSCAPES OF MANDVI-NI-POL -The paper tries to understand the nature of soundscapes in Mandvi-ni-pol. How do soundscapes help us understand the relationships people share in this closely-knit place and the transformations in the community life? What do they tell us about the by-gone times and people’s connection to their place?
