Echoes of Past Shaping Futures

Conservation, to me, goes beyond simply restoring a building to its original state. It involves intervening only where necessary, ensuring the structure meets modern needs without depleting resources for future generations. While interventions may vary, the respect for the building's existing materiality and form is essential. The approach should be tailored to each structure, recognizing that a one-size-fits-all solution does not apply. My goal is to carefully analyze each building, making targeted interventions that balance preservation with functionality, ensuring the building continues to serve its purpose while retaining its historical integrity.
