The exercise aims to explore the interplay between contrasting architectural system and their profound influence on architectural expression. The task entails selecting an existing building within the campus and its proximate surroundings. A proposal/ new addition to the chosen structure, seamlessly integrating a contrasting architectural system(s) unveiling layers of architectural expression. With this, a proposal for the new addition, meticulously exploring the interplay of form, materials, spatial organization, and other design elements to accentuate the contrast between the existing and proposed system.
