As contingencies prevail, the historic Mill Owners Association building is revived as a public architecture entity and business centre. The project seamlessly integrates industrial heritage into the contemporary urban fabric, fostering community engagement. The enclosure's contemporary expression facilitates weather-proofing and adaptability, reimagined through viable timber construction to test "making" in 2024.

 In Pune's heart, a corporate office is proposed in a transit-oriented zone, celebrating the corporate client's character while being contextually rooted. A "resilient" design is configured to adapt and rise above contingencies with a richer architectural expression when faced with challenges.
