The studio aims to design the housing with an understanding of the rules and regulations of GDCR. Further understanding market forces and site context, the design started to evolve. The first three designs were based on real estate driven by current housing forces, whereas the final design was about rethinking the future of Ahmedabad without compromising on Norms and trying to break the linearity of the skyline and become an iconic building in the vicinity.
