As the cities densify there’s a need for more open public spaces. For me, The idea of continuity of streets and life is achieved using a plaza that celebrates the diversity and vibrant culture of the neighborhood. It's an urban place for all ages where they could spend their leisure time and socialize with each other. The library as a function is interweaved with the plaza.
