The surrounding landscape /context is a very dense and heterogenous urban fabric, mostly fragmented and discontinous because of unregulated urban growth and transformation. The intent is to make the project as a social communicator where the architecture is oriented not only to specific solutions of its activities and fucntions, but also to the construction of a more continuous cohesive and unitary urban scenario.
