From Abandonment to Aid :Revitalizing the historic Kumartuli neighborhood by conserving an abandoned structure and repurposing it as a hospitality hub. Simultaneously, improving the street infrastructure to foster 'adda' culture and support local potters. This project aims to preserve heritage, empower the community, and revitalize the area as a cultural and economic center.
