Situated in Ahmedabad, Bamboo Mirage is an architect's office designed as a calm retreat from the city's hustle. Located at the northeast corner of a flat site, the building appears to float above a shallow water body, supported by four L-shaped columns at its corners. The heart of the building is a spacious, double-height studio, featuring a waffle slab ceiling that adds both strength and visual appeal. A cantilevered bamboo screen wraps around the structure, enhancing the floating illusion and providing gentle shade. Approaching from the west, two landscaped mounds obscure the building's base, gradually revealing its serene, levitating form as one draws closer.
