Expanding Experiences. An Atmospheric Journey

Set in Jawai, Rajasthan, it is a  home to an elderly landscape artist and a young wildlife photographer. Carved into the hillside, the house moves between openness and retreat—long, horizontal spaces open to distant views, while quieter corners nestle into the earth. Light filters gently across stone, wood, and still water, marking time in silence. Each space is shaped to slow the body, to heighten touch, to hold a moment. Architecture here is not a backdrop, but a presence—attuned to the land, responsive to the senses. The outside world filters in softly, and the inner world finds its place.
