The studio and its contents, as the title suggests was centered around accessing, reading and revitalising archives and moving beyond the confines of normative historic and architectural practices of representation. The structure of the studio, as divided into three modules, really helped develop a sense of understanding not only about archival research, but also about ways of popularising history . In the first module I explored the Dalit identity and expression through major memorial projects' analysis through archival data. The second module was a Representation Techniques to Analyse the Make, Ruin and Restoration of Bibiyapur Kothi, whereas the third module was a combination of learnings until now and comprised Bringing the Manifestations of Power and Identity in Lucknow’s Built Environment across Regimes through an engaging experience (board game).
