The design focuses on optimizing space usage to improve living conditions for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). By enabling residents to effectively utilize available space, it aims to create affordable, functional, and comfortable environments, adhering to the Minimum Living Standards set by the NBC ByLaws. The approach balances affordability, flexibility, functionality, and livability, ensuring spaces meet essential standards. It considers factors such as scale, usage, and the balance between private and shared areas, fostering environments that are both practical and conducive to quality living.
